When I came in I had upper and lower complete dentures. I had them for 25-30 years and they were as flat as a pancake. I could not enjoy things like peanuts, corn on the cob and apples.
Now I have 4 lower implants, new dentures and it's a difference of night and day. I can now eat and chew whatever I want. I can enjoy peanuts, steak- whatever I choose.
Now that I have taken this step I wish I could have done it years ago.
I sometimes forget they are dentures.

Before I had implants done, I could not chew anyting well and I was missing meat in my diet due to not being able to chew properly. I had a lot of sore spots due to moving dentures as well. Speaking was difficult and I had been struggling with this for 50 years.
Now at almost 75, I made a great decision to get lower implants - now I can chew, talk, live my life with a ton more confidence. I should have done this years ago. I saw Dr. Steve on TV and wondered if I could do this treatment.
After coming to see Dr. Steve, I now, 4 months later enjoy lots of things I could not before.

I have had full dentures since about age 21. I always found my bottom denture was moving and flopping around. I had a hard time chewing and speaking was difficult. I made the decision to get 3 lower implants.
It was the best think I have ever done for myself. I read in the Toronto Star about 2 women whose dental implants have changed their lives. So I wanted to see if I could get something like that. It happened so fast and I am wishing I did it years ago. But I never new this treatment was available. It was painless and I never had any discomfort.

I have had upper and lower dentures since I was sixteen years old. I had lots of different sets of dentures. I was having a hard time chewing because my bone was so low on the lower jaw. I had nothing to hold my denture in. I could not chew what I wanted- no apples, no steak, even salads were hard to eat. I came in for a consultation and it sounded wonderful not to have a sore mouth and to eat again. I went ahead and made the decision. I have 3 lower implants and new dentures. I can eat what I want, chew everything and enjoy everything. My digestion and bowel function have improved considerably and I am very happy with the results. Any discomfort I had was well worth it.

When I came in the office for the first time and met Dr. Mascarin, I had 5 lower teeth, full upper denture and a lower partial. I did not like my lower partial from day one and never worn it in the 30 years I had it.
I decided to go ahead with new upper and lower dentures with 2 lower implants. I was ready to make a change and have functioning teeth. I was pretty anxious about dental work- any dental work!
I was sedated with "sleep dentistry" or oral conscious sedation. It was great!
Now 6 years later, my teeth are great. They look great. I am not self-conscious about my smile. I smile all the time,and eat whatever I want.
It was a great decision, I would certainly do it again and I would not wait so long next time.
