My name is Brigitte and this is my testimonial.

Having to have dental work done is, for most people, not a very pleasant experience. I am no exception.

Being European and a military dependent, I have had dental work done in a number of countries, and I do not even like to think back to these times. They are not good memories. So, needless to say, I have put dental visits off as long as possible.

Now residing in the Quinte Area, I met Dr. Steve Mascarin at one of his exhibitions at a local mall, and I liked him instantly - His professionalism, conduct and sincerity. He happens to be the best dentist that I have met anywhere. His work is outstanding and he really cares for and likes his patients.

The Family Dental Centre is truly what it claims - a Family Affair. The Team Coordinator spends as much time as necessary with patients, so that they are informed of every aspect of work that needs to be done. She is an outgoing and compassionate lady and very professional. This was very important for me at the time, because of personal tragedies, my anxiety level was very high. All my concerns were put at ease.

Every professional person at the Family Dental Centre is also a very caring person. I know that an excellent team such as this one is critical. I would like to thank everyone again for their efforts and excellent work and I have, and will continue to highly recommend the Family Dental Centre anytime.

Thanks for making a difference in my life. Before I had my implants and lower dentures, I was not able to eat many foods I once had enjoyed. For the past two and half years I can enjoy steak, apples, and my favourite "peanuts". No more indigestion - what a relief. It's also nice to smile now and enjoy life more. I suffered with a tooth ache and visited Dr. Mascarin at the family dental centre. I explained that my problems with this tooth ache had been chronic since childhood. I had a great fear of dentists and I appreciated the treatment done under sleep dentistry. I had no memory of the treatment.

Dr. Mascarin and his staff made me feel comfrotable and less apprehensive. Placing the implants and my new dentures allowed me to eat what I wanted without fear of a tooth ache. I can chew my food better and this has helped my digestion, weight and enjoyment of the foods I like.

My implants are worth the cost and the payment plan helps make it possible. My husband is looking foward to implants also.
